Siamand Rahman just passed away on3 march 2019 at the age of 31 after a heart attack.

The strongest Paralympic Athlete ever, he benched a world record of 310kg / 683 lbs without the use of his legs! He was just a man who did wonders. People can never forget his name “Siamand Rahman – The great”

He was  a wonderful human being, a gentle giant, as soft as cotton and one of the friendliest man you could have ever meet on this planet earth.

Big Achievements of SIAMAND RAHMAN

He even came close to break the open ATWR (regardless of disability) that stands at 744lbs right now & had the goal to bench 400 kg.

Siamand Rahman, a great powerlifter won gold medals at both London 2012 and in Rio in 2016. Audience of London and Rio both became Rahman’s huge fans and applauded for him till the end of the powerlifting event.

In Rio powerlifting championship, he became the first ever Paralympian to lift more than  661 pounds and his bench press record of 310kg. He still stands first in the over-107 kg category.

Siamand Rahman, won two more world titles in 2017 and 2019, while his performance at the Rio Paralympics,  he lifted 75 kg, with a ease, which was more than his nearest rival, this made him win the title of best male at the Paralympic Sports Awards during the year end of Rio Paralympics.

Rahman had been practising vigorously for a third Paralympic gold at Tokyo. Siamand Rahman had promised his beloved audience that he would use his full strength to try to break his current record.

LAST WORDS FOR SIAMAND RAHMAN

On the last slide you see my short chat with him when i posted his 310kg bench, great guy with a lot of love that showed us that you can accomplish whatever you want if you put your mind to it ?. He made History and will be remembered forever. ?
