World Aids day is celebrated on 1 December 2021 first conceived in August 1987 by James W. Bunn and Thomas Netter, two public information officers for the Global Programme on AIDS at the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland . This day is included in one of the global 11 Public health campaigns marked by WHO ( World Health Organization ) . Aids has killed and affected the lives of millions of people across the global making it the most important Public Health Issue .
The acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a life-threatening condition caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) . This virus uses the mechanism of human body or adapts itself into the mechanism of the living organism in which it is living , so that it becomes unreconized by the immune system . The HIV virus attacks the immune system of the patient and reduces its resistance to other diseases .

But now world is much aware about this disease and its danger has reduced very much due to the efforts of International Organizations and Individuals .
History
In 1987 W. Bunn and Thomas Netter took their idea to Dr. Jonathan Mann, Director of the Global Programme on AIDS . He liked their concept and approved their idea . Bunn, a previous transmission writer from San Francisco, had suggested the date of 1 December that accepting it would expand inclusion of World AIDS Day by western news media, adequately long after the US decisions however before the Christmas holidays.
In its initial two years, the subject of World AIDS Day zeroed in on kids and youngsters. His other film credits included The Witches (1990, based on Roald Dahl’s book); Four Weddings and a Funeral (1994); Rat Race (2001); and Johnny English (2003), a spy spoof that spawned two sequels, Johnny English Reborn (2011) and Johnny English Strikes Again (2018). He also appeared in the popular romantic comedy Love Actually (2003).
Even the most dedicated fans have trouble reconciling the fact that only 14 episodes of the live-action series were ever produced. It did, of course, spawn two movies, an animated series (which returned to British television in 2015), a video game, and some books, including Mr. Bean’s Definitive and Extremely Marvelous Guide to France.

Leonardo da Vinci began painting the Mona Lisa about 1503, and it was in his studio when he died in 1519. He likely worked on it intermittently over several years, adding multiple layers of thin oil glazes at different times. Small cracks in the paint, called craquelure, appear throughout the whole piece, but they are finer on the hands, where the thinner glazes correspond to Leonardo’s late period.

The painting is believed to have been commissioned by her husband, Francesco del Giocondo, a cloth and silk merchant who married Lisa when she was still in her teens.
Together the couple had 5 children and they lived a relatively comfortable life in the late 15th and early 16th century in Florence, Italy, which was then one of the biggest cities in Europe.

French King Francis I, in whose court Leonardo spent the last years of his life, acquired the work after the artist’s death, and it became part of the royal collection. For centuries the portrait was secluded in French palaces, until insurgents claimed the royal collection as the property of the people during the French Revolution (1787–99). Following a period hanging in Napoleon’s bedroom, the Mona Lisa was installed in the Louvre Museum at the turn of the 19th century.
1911 the painting was stolen, causing an immediate media sensation. People flocked to the Louvre to view the empty space where the painting had once hung, the museum’s director of paintings resigned, and the poet Guillaume Apollinaire and artist Pablo Picasso were even arrested as suspects. Two years later an art dealer in Florence alerted local authorities that a man had tried to sell him the painting. Police found the portrait stashed in the false bottom of a trunk belonging to Vincenzo Peruggia, an Italian immigrant who had briefly worked at the Louvre fitting glass on a selection of paintings, including the Mona Lisa. He and possibly two other workers had hidden in a closet overnight, taken the portrait from the wall the morning of August 21, 1911, and run off without suspicion. Peruggia was arrested, tried, and imprisoned, while the Mona Lisa took a tour of Italy before making its triumphant return to France.

2. HER EYEBROWS ARE A MATTER OF DEBATE
Some claim the subject’s lack of eyebrows is representative of high-class fashion of the time. Others insist her AWOL eyebrows are proof that Mona Lisa is an unfinished masterpiece. But in 2007 ultra-detailed digital scans of the painting revealed da Vinci had once painted on eyebrows and bolder eyelashes. Both had simply faded over time or had fallen victim to years of restoration work.

In 1852, an artist named Luc Maspero supposedly threw himself from the fourth floor of a Parisian hotel, leaving a suicide note that read: “For years I have grappled desperately with her smile. In the 1960s, the painting went on a tour where it was given an insurance valuation of $100 million (factoring in inflation, more recent assessment estimated it’s worth $2.5 billion). But the policy was never taken out because the premiums were more than the cost of the best security.

If you look closely at the subject’s left elbow, you might notice the damage done by Ugo Ungaza Villegas, a Bolivian who chucked a rock at the portrait in 1956. A few months before, another art attacker pitched acid at the painting, which hit the lower section. These attacks inspired the bulletproof glass, which in 2009 successfully rebuffed a ceramic mug hurled by an enraged Russian woman who’d been denied French citizenship.
6. It is a painting but not a canvas
Da Vinci’s famous masterpiece is painted on a poplar plank. Considering he was accustomed to painting larger works on wet plaster, a wood plank does not seem that outlandish. Canvas was available to artists since the 14th century, but many Renaissance masters preferred wood as a basis for their small artworks.

Disha Parmar (born 11 November 1992) is an Indian television actress and model. She is best known for her debut performance in the television soap Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara as Pankhuri Gupta and Ayesha Khan, opposite Nakul Mehta Since August 2021, she is portraying the character of Priya Sood in Ekta Kapoor’s Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2.

Shivangi Joshi was born in Pune, Maharashtra .she belongs to the Hindu Family. She did her schooling in her hometown, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She stays with her parents. She is very close to her parents and grandfather .she has two siblings, one brother named Samarth Joshi and a sister, Sheetal Joshi.
Shivangi Joshi made her television debut in 2013 with Zee TV’s Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi. Subsequently, she went on to play Aayat Haidar in Beintehaa and Poonam Thakur in Begusaral, opposite Vishal Aditya Singh.
In 2016, Shivangi Joshi began portraying Naira Singhania Goenka in Star Plus’s Yeh Rishta kya Kehlata Hai, opposite Mohsin Khan. Her highly appreciated character of Naira was killed off in the show in January 2021, following which she started enacting a new character of Sirat Shekhawat in the same.
In 2020, she was about to make her debut at the Cannes Film Festival with a film titled Our Own Sky. But due to coronavirus, the film was later released on the OTT platform.
