With big achievements come big problems Taylor Swift had some major issues with Kanye West. During the VMAs 2009  Taylor got the award of ‘ Best female video’ for ‘ You Belong With Me ‘ but when she accepted the award and was about to give her speech Kanye West jumped on the stage and said  ” Yo Taylor I’m really happy for you . I’mma let you finish , but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all times !!” .

Taylor Swift  without any doubt was badly shaken. Beyonce gave Taylor her time to have her moment but was actually laughing and surprised. And this then lead to a series of problems between Kanye and Taylor.  In VMAs 2015 Taylor Swift presented Kanye West Video Vanguard Award  and both seemed happy . Taylor said  ” So, I guess I have to say to all the other winners tonight , I’m really happy for you and I’mma let you finish , but Kanye West has had one of the greatest careers of all time “. But it’s not the happy ending.

On 11 February 2016 West released his song ‘Famous’ calling Taylor a bitch the lyrics say ” I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex , Why , I made that bitch famous “.  Kanye West claimed that he called Taylor and asked her permission for it and that Taylor thinks it’s funny. But Taylor claimed that she was never aware of such lyrics.  15 February 2016 Swift sent West a message during her Grammy speech.

She said  ” I want to say to all the young women out there, there are going to be people along the way who try to undercut your success or take credit of your accomplishments and your fame.But if you just focus on the work and you don’t let those people sidetrack you , someday when you get where you are going , you’ll look around and you will know that it was you and the people who love you who put you there and that will be the greatest feeling in the world “.

On 1 July 2016 Kanye Released his video for song “famous ”  which showed him with 12 naked celebrities including Taylor Swift.  It were  wax figures. Other wax figures included Kardashian , Rihanna , Bill Cosby , Caitlyn Jenner , Anna Wintour and even Donald Trump . People found the video very disturbing and of course criticized it. On 17 July 2016 Kanye West Released a video of him talking to Taylor on phone and asking for her permission to use her name in the song . It was quite clear that the video was edited because of repeated visible cuts .

Kanye West took the stage of VMSs on 28 August 2016 and said ” You know ,like,  people come up to me like ,’ Yeah that’s right ! Take Taylor ! But bro, like , I love all y’all . That’s why I called her.” It didn’t look like love when he and his wife bullied her on social media calling her a Snake.  And people aren’t talking it as a proper apology.

Not just this Taylor Swift had some problem with her best friend too .During 2009 the both were definitely friends . She even sang her song ‘hot N cold’ on her Fearless tour stage . She also invited John Mayer and the rumors of them dating started to spread. Taylor later wrote a song called ‘Dear John’ which people believe is written about John Mayer . A couple of years ago Katy Perry was seen getting close to John Mayer many people believe the Freud started from here. But it’s not clear.

During Taylor’s Red tour she hired 3 dancers who performed for Katy Perry who after few months was also going for world tour the 3 dancers left Taylor halfway and joined Katy Perry.  With an interview with Rolling Stone magazine Taylor told bad blood wasn’t about her ex boyfriend but a female pop star who did something terrible to her and of course it pointed to Kate. Taylor also said ” She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me .

Soon after the interview Katy Perry posted a tweet “Watch  out for the Regina George in sheep’s clothing”. Then in Carpool Karaoke with James Corden Katy said ” She started it , and it’s time for her to finish it “. In 2017 Katy apologized to Taylor in saying ” I’am ready to let it go. I forgive her and I am sorry for anything I ever did and I hope the same from her and I think it’s actually – I think it’s time”. Katy Perry actually sent Taylor an actual olive branch which is symbol of peace  with a note which seemed to have words like ‘miscommunication’ and ‘deeply sorry’ . Taylor made a video of it and shared it. Katy in 2019 posted a picture of cookies and on plate was written ‘peace at last’ tagging Taylor Swift.  And the caption was ‘Feels good’ . Not just  this they both surprised their fans by Katy appearing in music video of ‘you need to calm down’. Taylor was dressed as French fries and Katy as burger. They both hugged each other in the video.
